Anna "Eliza" Williams
1919-2015
Ms. Anna "Eliza" Williams of Calais, Maine formerly of Grand Manan passed away on Sunday, May 10th, 2015 at the Calais Regional Hospital. Born in Sayerville, New Jersey on March 10th, 1919. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna ( Kochis ) Williams, later she and her mother moved to Grand Manan and lived with her step father Otis Zwicker. She was a stenographer and a devoted member of St. Ann Episcopal Church and served in various positions; Choir, Chaplain of the E.C.W., and taught Sunday School. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, and was pre deceased by a sister Mrs. Marjorie ( Harry) Stanley of North Head. A Graveside service will be held at the North Head Cemetery later in the spring at a time to be announced.
