John Paul Wilcox

Mr. John Paul Wilcox formerly of Hamilton, ON passed away at the Grand Manan Nursing Home on Tuesday March 10, 2015.  Paul as he was known by many was born at St. Stephen the son of the late Archer and Jane (Saunders) Wilcox.   He is survived by his children; Christine Wilcox and Glenn Wilcox.  One sister, Brenda (Mervin) Tate of Ingalls Head.  Two brothers; Gavin (Jean) Wilcox of Kingston, NB and Robin (Annette) Wilcox of Edmonton, AL.  One granddaughter Mailee Wilcox of Saint Catharine’s, ON and one grandson Shariff Wilcox of Grand Prairie, AB also two other grand children and three great grandchildren Lucy, Alexis and Carlos.  Several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his former wife Patricia Laing, and one sister Gerda Jane Wilcox.

Visiting will take place at the Seal Cove Baptist Church on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The service will take place from the church on Saturday March 14, 2015 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Peter Smith officiating.  The interment will take place at the Hillside Cemetery later in the spring.
