Nickolas Gary Victor Green

 

It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden passing of Nickolas Gary Victor Green, 23, of Grand Manan, NB, at his home on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

Nick graduated from the Grand Manan Community School, Class of 2014.

In high-school, Nick played baseball and basketball with his friends at his side. His friends were his life. In recent days, he loved to gamble and enjoyed his trips to the Moncton Casino. He loved to play poker with friends on the weekends. He also loved his many daily trips to the coffee shop. He had dreams of one day to be the Captain of the Nick and Ash. Really, he just wanted to be able to run. His determination to get better never stopped. He will be our hero forever. 

Nick is survived by his parents, Tracy and Julanna (Parker) Green of Castalia, his sister Ashley Green (Patrick Green), of Castalia, his grandparents, Herbert and Susan Parker of North Head, Uncle Dana Green of Woodward’s Cove, and  his puppy, Reggie. 

Nick is predeceased by his Grandparents, Walter and Roberta Green, Aunt Janice Russell, Uncle Gary Green, and his dog and best friend Buddy, that he loved so much. 

Nick’s family would like to thank the team at Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation and especially Dr. Colleen O’Connell.

We would like to give thanks to the community for everything done for Nick. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.
