Elizabeth Joyce Morse
1930-2019
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Elizabeth Joyce (Bagley) Morse of Grand Manan, NB on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at the Grand Manan Nursing home, with her family by her side. Born on Grand Manan, NB, she was the daughter of the late William and Pearl (Tidd) Bagley. She lived in Seal Cove all of her life.
Joyce will be missed by her children: Rosanne Cook, of Georgia, US, Judy Harvey of Seal Cove, Vincent Guptill of Seal Cove; ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Joyce was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by her husband, Ashley Morse; daughter Carolyn Dawn Guptill; son Wade Guptill; granddaughter Mitch Harvey; sister Violet Green; brothers, Earnest (Tag), Earl (Pete), Churchill, and Horace Bagley.
Visiting will be on Sunday, May19, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Community Life Church. Funeral Service will be on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 1:00PM.from Community Life Church. Interment will take place in Hillside Cemetery.
Memorial donation can be made to Charlotte County Cancer Society, The Grand Manan Nursing Home Foundation, The Grand Manan Hospital Foundation, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
