Sylvia D. Daddio

 

Brunswick, Sylvia D. Daddio 73, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017 at her home in Brunswick. Sylvia was born May 29, 1944 on Grand Manan Island in New Brunswick, Canada to Murray T. and Virginia (Tate) Clift. Syliva moved to Maine at a young age. She and her husband Brian P. Daddio settled on Orr's Island in 1981and have since been residents of the Orr's Island and Brunswick area. Syliva ran The Store on Orr's Island. She later worked as a Manager/Supervisor for Cumberland Farms Stores and as a Production Control Analyst for Wright Express.

 

Sylvia was predeceased by a sister Judy Warren.

 

She is survived by her husband Brian P. Daddio, a son Scott Graham, a daughter Susan Daddio, two brothers, Craig "Jeff" Clift and his wife Rebecca, and Murray "Bucky" Clift and his partner Carl Boone and a sister, Mary Lou Graybill and her husband Ken III.

 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am, Wednesday, October 4 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 132 McKeen St. in Brunswick. Services are also planned for later in the week on Grand Manan Island in New Brunswick,  Canada. The Daddio family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank-You to the staff of Chans Hospice, staff of Assistance Plus, Dr. Kristin Jhamb, Dr. Thomas Keatin and Dr. Michael Curtis and their staff. TIME CHANGED TO 12:00 NOON FOR FUNERAL SERVICE AT COMMUNITY LIFE CHURCH, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2017.

 Visiting will take place at Ells Funeral Home on Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 7-9 pm. There will be a Funeral service at The Community Life Church, on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 12:00 noon with Rev. Karl Ingersoll officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
