LYON: LORENA BERTHA (1919-2017)
Mrs. Lorena B. Lyon of Castalia, Grand Manan, NB passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at the Grand Manan Nursing Home, two weeks after her 98th birthday.
She was born in Castalia, the daughter of the late John Virgil and Norah Bell (Urquhart) Graham.
Lorena is survived by her son Tony (Patricia) Lyon, of Grand Harbour, her sister Margaret Lambert, of Castalia, two grandchildren, Holly (Jamie) Ellis and Jeremy (Tina) Lyon, five great grandchildren, Cortney, Dylan, Caleb, Jordan and Katie.
She was pre deceased by her parents, her husband Howard Hamilton Lyon (1962), and her brother in law Merle Lambert.
There will be no visitation. The funeral service will be on Sunday, July 30th, 2017 from the Castalia Baptist Church at 1:00pm for family and extended family.
Donation in Lorena’s memory can be made to Maple Grove Cemetery, The Castalia Baptist Church or to the donor’s choice.
