Kendall Foote

Mr. Kendall Foote of Grand Harbour, Grand Manan Island passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday August 15, 2015 following a brief illness.  He was born the son of Wilbur and Zelda (Guthrie) Foote of Grand Harbour. In his youth he enjoyed dirt bikes and was an avid rider. He always enjoyed a good game of cards with friends, and the opportunity to go hunting and fishing and being in the outdoors.  He worked at dulsing, and was a very skilled carpenter. Kendall was a quiet man that will be remembered most for his hard work as a fisherman and how he appreciated his friends and family who were close to him and will be dearly missed.  Besides his parents he is survived by his one son Ryan Young of St. Andrews.  His sisters; Crystal Foote, Marlene Field, and Patricia Cook, all of Grand Manan. Also his brother Todd Foote (Shelby) of Perth-Andover.

Visiting will take place at Ells Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 pm.  The Funeral Service will be held at Central Wesleyan Church on Thursday August 20, 2015 at 1:30 pm with Pastor Steven Brown officiating.  The interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery. The family has requested donations may be made to the Red Cross or the charity of the donor's choice.
